Blasting work

Breaking rock by blasting has been our blasters' main field for decades. With our drill rigs we can drill charge holes of the required diameter, at the required angle, quickly and well. This gives an even fragmentation of the blasted material, which matters for the trouble-free work of the quarry's crushers and other machinery.

For blasting we use non-electric systems, which let us fire the charge holes at different moments. Besides even fragmentation, this reduces the unwanted effect of seismic waves on the surroundings. Our long experience and versatile materials, equipment and methods tell us how best to blast the rock found in Estonia's different deposits. Our service is complete and includes blast design as well as the necessary permits and approvals.

Pipelines still get laid and roads still get built where mother nature has put rock in the way. With our experience we loosen the ground exactly where needed, if necessary right beside buildings, leaving their structures intact and the neighbours undisturbed by noise and bangs. The best example is the largest route blasting job in Estonia to date: the Laagna tee cutting in Lasnamäe.
